What kinds of cards fit?
Our top loaders are designed to fit standard-sized trading cards and photocards, including Pokémon, sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, and many other collectibles. If you're unsure whether your card will fit, feel free to send us a message before ordering.
Is every top loader handmade?
Yes! Every piece is made by hand, so no two designs are exactly alike. That's part of what makes each one special.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! If you have a favorite color, character, aesthetic, or theme in mind, we'd love to create something just for you. Send us a message to get started.
Can you make designs inspired by my favorite character?
Yes! We can create designs inspired by colors, themes, or aesthetics you love. To respect intellectual property, we avoid creating unofficial reproductions of copyrighted artwork or logos, but we can absolutely capture the vibe.
Will the decorations fall off?
Each top loader is made with care using quality materials and plenty of drying time. While they're designed to be enjoyed and displayed, they're still handmade art pieces, so we recommend handling them gently and avoiding drops or rough use.
Can I actually use it, or is it just for display?
Both! Many customers use their decoden top loaders in ita bags, on display shelves, at trading events, or for photos. Just keep in mind that the decorative elements make them bulkier than a standard top loader.
How long will my order take?
Processing times vary depending on our current order volume and whether your piece is custom-made. You'll always find the most up-to-date processing time on the product page.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is handmade, we generally don't accept returns on custom orders. For regular orders, we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with it, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the locations listed at checkout. If your country isn't available, feel free to reach out! We're always looking at expanding shipping options.
How should I care for my decoden top loader?
Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. To keep it looking its best, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth if needed and avoid putting heavy pressure on the decorations.
